Uncollected Items
We kindly ask that all garments and items be collected within three (3) months of notification. Items remaining uncollected after this period may be considered abandoned, and we cannot accept responsibility for their storage, condition, disposal, or replacement.

Heavily Soiled Garments
To achieve the best possible cleaning result, some garments may require additional care, time and specialised treatment. As outlined on our pricing page, additional surcharges may apply to heavily soiled items, including those affected by vomit, blood, faeces, bodily fluids or mould.

Garment Care
We treat every garment with the utmost care and attention and always strive to achieve the best possible cleaning outcome. However, because fabrics, dyes, trims, buttons, embellishments, and other garment components can react unpredictably to cleaning processes, we cannot guarantee against all changes in condition.

This may include shrinkage, stretching, fading, colour loss or transfer, and damage to buttons, zippers, buckles, beads, sequins, trims, embellishments, or similar components. Such outcomes can occur due to the age, condition, previous treatment, manufacturing, or inherent characteristics of the garment.

By entrusting your garments to us, you acknowledge these risks and understand that cleaning is performed at the owner’s risk.
